Rita Doss is Vice President of Clinical Services for Integrity Rehab Services. Rita has worked in long term care settings as a staff therapist, Rehab Coordinator, Senior Rehab Coordinator, and Area Manager. While an Area Manager, Rita supervised 14 buildings and more than 100 employees; overseeing both financial and clinical operations. Rita received her Masters of Science in Health Care Administration in 2000, and has since used her educational background to focus on both employee motivation and fiscal responsibility. Rita also takes great pride in her own clinical training; she is NDT trained with Adult CVA patients and has completed training in NDT advanced upper extremity management. Prior to becoming Integrity Rehab’s Clinical Trainer, Rita worked for a national long term care company at which she received the 2001 Rehab Coordinator of the Year Award.
