Patricia Milgrom has enjoyed nearly 25 years of diverse professional experiences in a broad range of settings. Patricia began as a speech therapist in hospitals and home health and long term care settings, and she has been employed as a teacher and a speech pathologist in both private and public school systems, where her innovative programs and techniques earned her a Michigan Speech and Hearing Association Program of the Year Award.

Patricia is a devoted mentor and dedicated nurturer of effective team building strategies. With developmental principles firmly grounded in mutual respect, those who work for Patricia are encouraged to empower one another, become actively engaged in their own workplace missions, and ultimately come together to form an extremely effective and successful team.

Patricia is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Integrity Rehab Services. She is keenly focused on making Integrity Rehab Services the industry’s employer of choice – a premier provider of long-term rehabilitation services dedicated to employing the highest standards in speech, occupational, and physical therapy in the State of Michigan.
